The world’s largest indoor trance event is returning to Utrecht this February to celebrate 900 episodes of the world renowned radio show A State Of Trance. The king of trance Armin van Buuren announced the official theme and anthem Lifting You Higher at an exclusive event during Amsterdam’s premier music event last October. Joining the trance legend will be a range of talented artists including some of the biggest names in the world. Check out the phenomenal main stage line up below and see the full lineup here.
This year’s lineup features over 30 artists spread out across five stages ranging from progressive to psy and more! After being blown away by ASOT850 in Miami and Sydney, I simply cannot wait to finally celebrate 900 episodes in Utrecht! Here are the top three performances I’m most excited to see at #ASOT900!
ARMIN VAN BUUREN
The man himself, Armin van Buuren has had one of the most successful careers in the scene’s history. Known for his distinct sounds and ability to have an entire crowd in a state of trance, it’s no wonder why he remains the undisputed king of trance. Performing on both the Main and Who’s Afraid of 138?! stage, these performances will no doubt be the most anticipated sets of the entire event! ABOVE & BEYOND
For the first time in seven years, English trio Above & Beyond are finally making a return to the A State Of Trance stage for an unforgettable performance. Known for their unique, euphoric sounds, the group has established a common ground within the community have brought their magic to crowds all over the world. Check out their latest track below.
