On Tuesday, September 11th, not only did RESISTANCE Ibiza close out its nine-week 2018 residency at Privilege Ibiza, the world’s largest club, but it also won a special award from the 2018 DJ Awards: Best Ibiza Night.
The Closing Party saw Carl Cox and Maceo Plex play a b2b set. Sasha & Digweed played their final residency set for RESISTANCE Ibiza as well.
In previous weeks, sets included exclusive appearances by Carl Cox b2b Nic Fanciulli, a b3b from Dubfire, Nicole Moudaber, and Paco Osuna, Sasha & John Digweed’s legendary residency, Adam Beyer’s b2b with Joseph Capriati, Anna b2b Francesca Lombardo, Eats Everything b2b Patrick Topping, and Josh Wink b2b Butch.
With such epic performers and unparalleled production, it’s no wonder the Ibiza Spotlight was quoted saying, “All this festival-scale production, alongside colossal CO2 cannons, that top-notch Funktion One sound system and the darkest, space-age techno in the universe. RESISTANCE made its mark felt.”
