ABGT 250: September’s Most Gorge-ous Event

Written by Jen Fall

With summer festival season winding down, I am looking forward to what has actually become the most stacked festival month for me in recent years. Oh September, so many amazing lineups, so many amazing festivals to chose from. Since cloning myself has not become an option, I made the easy decision to attend ABGT 250 on September 16th and 17th at the Gorge Amphitheater in Washington State. Nothing compares to Above & Beyond’s particular brand of cry trance, and their label’s lineup for this monumental event is incredible.

Saturday’s lineup is stacked. Yotto, Seven Lions with Jason Ross, Oliver Smith, Luttrell, Genix and Sunny Lax, and of course Above & Beyond will close the first day out with a monumental set. I’m most excited for Genix and Sunny Lax. Give them a listen here:

Sunday is brunch with Anjunadeep, (mimosas anyone?) and a yoga set with Above & Beyond (I guess this means I need to learn some yoga moves before this experience), 16 Bit Lolitas, Eli & Fur, Jody Wisternoff & James Grant, Moon Boots and Yotto. I am most excited for Moon Boots, who’s new album “First Landing” is impressive. I’m absolutely in love with it. Listen to it here:

Above & Beyond has put together a beautiful Spotify playlist that highlights each of the artists that will appear at The Gorge for ABGT’s 250th episode. Start your feels trip here.

Many of the Anjuna-fam will be holding hands and enjoying the near religious experience that ABGT’s have provided in the past. This is a milestone experience, one most of us never anticipated being able to see live. GA tickets are still available here . Don’t forget to purchase your GA camping pass when you purchase your event ticket. As with past ABGT’s, a live stream will be available for those who couldn’t make the journey, which should help mitigate at least some of the FOMO.
