There is no better way to start off the month of September than to head over to Breakaway Festival in Columbus, Ohio. Returning for its 3rd run, Breakaway has compiled a lineup with EDM and Hip Hop’s greatest including Diplo, Galantis, and Travis Scott. Located near Ohio State University, the weekend is about to be thrilling with the festival as the main attraction, and the option to head to bars in downtown Columbus after the fest to keep the party going. Its convenient location should allow for easy transportation, whether you purchase a parking pass or use a ride share app such as Uber/Lyft!

Starting at 3 on Friday and 2 on Saturday and going until 11, this provides the perfect time frame for attendees to sleep in and get ready for the day, while still having enough time afterwards to party elsewhere (or catch up on some sleep!). Breakaway offers the option to purchase single passes or a 2-day pass (at a price of only $106 after fees, it’s hard to not want to go both days!). For those who are interested in living large at the festival, Breakaway also offers various VIP table packages that come with bottle service (21+ of course) in their own exclusive seating area. Gather your squad, as these packages include 6 or more VIP tickets (depending on the package).

The festival will be adjacent to the Mapfre Stadium with three different stages for guests to attend. The Main Stage will feature the large headliners, while the Prime Stage will be home to the various talented supporting artists. For silent disco fans, the third stage will be dedicated to you guys! To add to the experience, Breakaway will include various local vendors to be at the fest for fans to purchase from the best products Ohio has to offer. With so much to look forward to, from the intimate setting along with all the great talent, this is a recipe bound for a successful weekend. See you in Buckeye territory!
