NEW ORLEANS, LA – BUKU Music + Art Project today announced the first round of talent for the fifth installment of the annual festival, taking place on March 11+12, 2016 at the iconic Mardi Gras World in New Orleans. Many of the most buzzworthy acts in the music world are poised to electrify the crowd on multiple stages set against a unique industrial backdrop. In addition to BUKU’s stellar roster of performers, the two-day festival features a signature arts component boasting an eclectic array of one-of-a kind art installations, street performers as well as an assortment of local food & beverage purveyors. In a city of festivals, BUKU seeks to reflect the youthful subculture of New Orleans and deliver a big festival punch with a house-party vibe. To celebrate its fifth anniversary, BUKU commissioned a custom “TOO BUKU” track produced and performed by Fly Boi Keno, for its anticipated 2016 lineup announcement video.
