This October, a new festival unlike any other is coming to Denver, Colorado. High Ground put on by Levitate Presents welcomes you to a dimension between physical and the spirit world. It will be a one of a kind music and arts experience which unravels a story of positivity, connectivity, and new beginnings through tasteful art, cutting edge productions, and activations.
Noah Levinson is the founder and CEO of this unique event. It began as a ‘high-dea’ while discussing the importance of live music. Through conversation Levinson revealed that he sought to create an experience that pushed against the grain of electronic events. His vision of High Ground included offering a chill and vibe solace that embraced a more laid-back, lower-pressure environment or as his friends dubbed it ‘A festival for stoners.’ It was then and there that High Ground was born!
What more could a music lover in Denver ask for than an experience that celebrates music and art while surrounded by mountains, vibrant fall colors, lush greenery, and includes cannabis? SPOILER ALERT – The festival story doesn’t stop there.
All About the Lineup
The line-up has be tastefully curated with an emphasis of Foreign Family Collective artists. The collective group, curated by ODESZA, brings together musicians and visual artists to share their creativity and work. Most notably, the group has brought Chet Porter, Kasbo, Louis Futon, and Pluko to the top of the bill. These are the not the only artists who will be connecting at High Ground. More will be announced soon on the journey to this dimension but for now, check out the initial line-up announcement below.
Location, Location, Location
Not only, is High Ground bringing musical beauty to the mountains of Denver but, Revelers (the ticket holders) will be able to bask in nature’s fall essence as well. The event is slated to take place at The Levitt Pavilion, nestled in the natural grass amphitheater at Ruby Hill Park. While the festival is only 10 minutes from Denver’s city center, one will be immersed by lush rolling hills and trees.
We often get caught up in the hype of music festival and constantly run around from stage to stage. High Ground is changing that idea by solely hosting one day and one stage in efforts to bring all Revelers together. Unlike other Denver hosted events, all attendees will be able to be open, one, and themselves by entering a new dimension. The location will not only be a major driving force but, the foundation to build the connection.
The Story
At High Ground you will experience the connection within the dimension between physical reality and the spirit world. Revelers will become one with nature, music, and arts by celebrating through the spirits of animals native to Colorado.
The connection continues as Revelers must join together to regain a sense of identity at this one day event. How you ask? Over the next few months, the festival encourages us as a community to complete fun challenges (digital & IRL) that will unlock the secrets of High Ground and increase your power as a Reveler (upgrades, special experiences). All of this will lead to the completion of the final challenge in October as we find the key to re-opening the portal to the spirit world.
