With the new year passed, it’s almost time for another journey into Wonderland. March 20 & 21 will mark the 10th anniversary for Beyond Wonderland, one of Insomniac’s most fantastical events, and a favorite of many. Joining the madness this year will be artists such as Infected Mushroom, Snails, DJ Diesel, Dillon Francis and dozens more. Beyond will also feature the talents of up-and-comers that have been catching the eye of many.
In only three months time, the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino, Calif. will be teeming with vibrant colors and mystifying installations, virtually transforming the venue into an art piece itself. This stacked lineup features styles that range from trance to house and dubstep to riddim. 2020 signifies a decade milestone for Beyond Wonderland, and Insomniac will be sure to pull out all the stops. Combined with the energy brought by thousands of fans ready to headbang, shuffle and flow, this will be a trip down the rabbit hole you definitely won’t want to miss!
Returning artists from Wonderlands of years past include Ghastly, MC Dino, Valentino Khan and Alison Wonderland. New this year to the Beyond Wonderland stage is house music producer VNSSA: a mysterious talent taking the EDM world by storm after her first single “Creatures” was released early in 2018. VNSSA refers to her existence in the music world not as a choice, but as a calling. Also taking a trip to Wonderland for the first time will be Arkham Knights, a progressive trance duo consisting of two brothers from Leeds. The pair take their name from a DC Comics crime-fighting anti-hero. Arkham Knights emerged on the EDM scene in 2014 and have been gaining attention ever since. Adding even more talent to this stellar lineup, Beyond Wonderland will be welcoming Digital Ethos, who has had past collaborations with artists that are close to our hearts, like Bassnectar and REZZ.
Festivals like Beyond are a great way to introduce yourself and your friends to new music that may very well become a favorite! Not to mention, the quirky characters and a psychedelic environment that’s sure to make your head spin. The decade of the raging 20’s is off to a big start and is bound to have many surprises in store!
