Zamna Tulum is a venue in the iconic town of Tulum, Mexico. Located in Mexico’s Riviera Maya, Tulum is known for it’s blue Caribbean water, perfect beaches, its foodie and art scene, and also its impressive amount of techno. Located in a beautiful Cenote, 5 kms outside Tulum, Zamna is a small eco-Hotel that host some of the best parties on earth. This venue hosts events all year long, but they always have a full week full of events around New Year’s Eve every year. This year will see 10 days of different events at Zamna, starting on December 28th and ending on January 8th.

This is not a typical festival format, and is more like Miami Music Week. There are different events, some hosted by labels, everyday and even mini-festivals like Afterlife and Renaissance. These events have more artists on the lineup and have two stages. The other events start later in the evening and go to the early morning, more like seeing a show at a venue in a city on a Friday night. This gives you the whole day in Tulum to lay on the beach, explore, do yoga, etc. before going out to a night full of techno.

The full lineup is below, broken down by day. Individual party flyers follow, which show the different events and artists more clearly. Zamna Tulum starts of the Winter Series on December 28th with Innercity Odyssey, which will see a Bob Moses DJ/club set. The next event isn’t until December 31st (New Year’s Eve), which is xxWinterBeachTulum. New Year’s Day sees ARTBAT. January 2nd sees xxWinterBeachTulum 2.0 with Damian Lazarus, Guy Gerber and Diplo (?). Maybe we’ll see a debut techno performance from Diplo. January 3rd is a Do Not Sit on the Furniture event with Behrouz. January 4th is the Renaissance mini-festival with Adam Beyer, Charlotte de Witte, Danny Tenaglia, Nicole Moudaber, Dubfire, Andhim, and more. January 5th is Flying Circus Tulum with Audiofly and Andhim. January 6th sees Black Coffee and BLOND:ISH. January 7th is a Costa Futurista event. And finally, January 8th is the last day with another mini-festival: Afterlife. This will have Tale of Us, Mind Against, Adriatique, KeineMusik, and more.
