It’s just six months until we head back to the Emerald City for the 8th annual Dancefestopia and this year’s lineup is ready to continue the festival’s bass-heavy tradition. Last year, Dancefestopia shook the midwest with performances by Adventure Club, Flux Pavillion, and Zeds Dead and fans of the festival have been anticipating this lineup drop for months.
Borda Productions dropped the Dancefestopia 2019 line-up Monday and bassheads across the continent will not be disappointed by the artists who made the cut. Big names will be heading to Kansas this year as Alison Wonderland, Big Gigantic, Kayzo, RL Grime, and Zomboy are all set to headline the weekend.
They won’t be lacking support either.
Wolfgang Gartner, Ganja White Night, and FEED ME (DJ set) will also be performing as Rusko, He$h, and Said the Sky return for the second year in a row.
For this year’s festival, there will be two special events to look forward to as labelmates from Wakaan and Never Say Die will be hosting complete takeovers with B2B performances you won’t see anywhere else. Wakaan will be taking over the mainstage Thursday to celebrate the arrival of Dancefestopia’s campers, while Never Say Die will be hosting their stage on Saturday night.
Wakaan will be sure to deliver heavy hitting tracks from Liquid Stranger, Esseks, Freddy Todd, and newcomer, LSDream. For Never Say Die’s set on Saturday, you can fully expect to ride the rails with Badklaat, Skism, Trampa, and of course, Zomboy.
Dancefestopia 2019 will return to La Cygne, KS (just outside of Kansas City) and will run from September 5th-9th .
