Ubbi Dubbi has gained some buzz since announcing its inaugural festival. Disco Donnie Presents managed to create another stacked two day lineup. Phase two has been released and there’s plenty of heavy bass and house music for the masses.
With Ubbi Dubbi being a new festival, I’m anxious to hear updates about the day by days, stages, potential after parties etc. It’s awesome to see Zeds Dead with immense support for this festival. In addition to hosting a stage, Deadbeats is also bringing some awesome company from the label.
GG Magree
One of few female artists on the lineup, GG Magree is holding it down for the Deadbeats family. The Australian artist has collaborations with several artists including Deadbeats family as well as orchestrating her own solo creations.
Jaenga
Jaenga is a new artist to me. He’s Deadbeats fam so he’s definitely worth the consideration. Check out his EP Toulambi from his Soundcloud below.
Space Jesus
Space Jesus had me sold at Hulaween in 2017. He said something along the lines of ” If you’ve ever stayed on a couch for longer than a month, this music is for you.” Space Jesus was a driving factor for my trip to New Orleans for VooDoo. I’m even honored to say I got to see the first show of his tour earlier this year. Stellar show if you get to catch him later this year.
The support of non-Deadbeats artists are sure to bring awesome music with a little variety. The supporting cast is sure to bring the wubs alongside house music. Ganja White Night, Keys N Krates, Tchami, and What So Not are some other favorites from the lineup. Not only are they bringing great vibes with their music but the visuals are sure to be on point. Texas is great for the few festivals the couple times I’ve been and Ubbi Dubbi looks promising. Look into it, Ubbi Dubbi could be life changing.
