One of the world’s fastest growing festivals Don’t Let Daddy Know is only a few weeks away! After a successful sold out edition in 2018, the two day event returns to Amsterdam’s beloved Ziggo Dome and is bringing the best of the best. Having successfully expanded worldwide with multiple editions held throughout the year, #DLDK remains as one of the leading festivals in the electronic music scene.
This year’s edition promises to deliver an entirely new production with top-notch visuals and mind blowing stage designs. Over 25,000 visitors are expected to marvel at the world-class performances.
This year’s special guest has been announced and it is none other than Holland’s favourite progressive house duo Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano. The Dutch DJ’s and producers have seen great success in only a decade and have headlined some of the biggest festivals and events in the world. Their most popular track ‘Savages’ with Brazilian superstar Bruno Martini has amassed over 10 million streams worldwide. Their hit single ‘You Are’ with the king of trance Armin van Buuren is not too far behind. One of their most recent tracks ‘Born Again’ has become a summer anthem and can be heard at just about any party. The legendary duo fully embrace their passion for dance music and will leave the entire crowd wanting more.
The two-day overnight event will run from 10pm to 6am each day, hosting 15 of the biggest and best names in the electronic music scene.
Friday will kick off with local talent The Him and Mike Williams and Swedish duo Dimitri Vangelis & Wyman. The night will be headlined by everyone’s main stage favourites Afrojack and Tiësto before closing out in (hard)style! Aussie favourite Timmy Trumpet will keep the party going into the early hours of the morning with his unique sound inspired by all styles of music. Finally, Dutch hardstyle hero Headhunterz will end the first day of madness with an energetic hardstyle performance.
Saturday will again see local names Todd Helder and Sem Vox as well is English duo Third Party opening up the highly anticipated party. Special guests Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano will no doubt have all of Ziggo Dome dancing well into the night. Headliners Don Diablo, Nicky Romero and Quintino will showcase their future and progressive house sound. The two day extravaganza will be closed out by none other than Belgian hardstyle DJ Coone.
