While some parts of the country are hunkering down for winter, Miami is setting the sun-soaked stage for a week of art and music known as Art Basel. With participation from hundreds of galleries, the jam-packed week features innovative and thought-provoking art along with the music of some of the most sought after musicians. Event curators BLNK CNVS claim their piece of the action with 4 powerhouse shows taking over Soho Studios – Die Antwoord on Wednesday, December 5, Action Bronson on Thursday, December 6th, Juice WRLD on Friday, December 7 and closing it all out, Kaskade on Saturday, December 8.
Each night provides a musical experience wildly different from the other. Opener Die Antwoord is no stranger to pushing the entertainment envelope and Action Bronson is sure to deliver the gritty attitude of Queens, NY to sunny Miami, FL. SoundCloud phenom Juice WRLD will bestow his melodic flow on the crowd and Kaskade wraps up the series with his addictive, anthemic electronic sounds featuring support from J Worra, Lokii and Charles Meyer. Eric Fuller, SVP & General Manager of BLNK CNVS said, “Kaskade is the perfect artist to finish off the event series. We know his fans here in Miami would agree that he’s a special artist to the city. We’ve been working with Ryan (Kaskade) for years, so to have him a part of this project is a great fit.”
