We fi’nna get lit, squad! Rap fans everywhere are trying to listen to remember more rap lyrics in preparation Mala Luna Music Festival (MLMF) on Halloween Weekend, October 27th and 28th. Located in San Antonio, Texas for its third year, the festival has their best lineup yet with major hip hop artists billed like Cardi B, Lil Pump, and Tyler the Creator. Also, recently announced were 2 Chainz and Young Thug as surprise acts. But Mala isn’t just a rap festival! They keep things fresh and grooving by showcasing some of the hottest EDM and Reggaetón musicians like Dillon Francis, GTA, Nicky Jams, and Becky G. It truly is a unique festival that people from all over the Southwest, and even Mexico will attend!

Located at the beloved Wolff Stadium in one of the more culturally diverse areas of San Antonio, MLMF has made it a priority to also include more local flair than prior years to help showcase some of the cultural elements that make San Antonio unique. A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Miracle League of San Antonio, which helps children with mental and/or physical challenges get the opportunity to play baseball as a team member of an organized league. In addition to the headliners, the festival will also welcome two youth performers from San Antonio’s Network for Young Artists, Graceyland Gomez and Marisa Rose Meija.

The biggest question everyone has been asking is “Will Cardi B be able to perform?” Fans were worried the Bodak Yellow and I Like It superstar would not be able to headline after she turned herself into NYPD and was subsequently arrested on October 1st due to an alleged strip club brawl in Queens, New York. The event allegedly took place in August. Good news, fam! Unless something unforeseen happens, she WILL be able to play her set on the 27th as she doesn’t go in for her court arrangement until the following Monday, October 29th. MLMF is set to be her first big show since having her baby in August, so it’s going to be a special day for her and her many rabid fans!
