Mark your calendars because WiSH Outdoor is returning to the Netherlands at the end of this month for yet another incredible celebration of sounds. The annual 3-day event features over 100 artists spread out across 9 stages and has been classed as one of the best-decorated festivals in the country! What sets this festival apart from the hundreds of other events that take place in this beautiful country is that the entire artist lineup is exclusively Dutch! Check out the full lineup here.
With over 100 artists ranging from pop to house, techno to hardstyle, this festival has something for everyone! Here are the top five performances I’m most excited to see.
KENSINGTON
Dutch rock band Kensington will be headlining this year’s edition of WiSH Outdoor with an exclusive live performance. Selling out stadiums and shows all over the world, the most popular band in the Netherlands will be sure to bring the main stage to life. The group has also collaborated with popular Dutch DJ Armin van Buuren on their hit successful single ‘Heading Up High’. Van Buuren regularly features Kensington tracks and vocals throughout his sets. Check out one of their latest tracks below.
HEADHUNTERZ
The highest ranked hardstyle DJ in history will be returning to the dedicated WiSH Outdoor stage this summer. The legendary Headhunterz recently made his return to hardstyle and has since released an album. He’s simultaneously been working with Wildstylez on their duo alias, Project One. With chart-topping anthems being pumped out regularly and extremely passionate performances, Headhunterz is not one you want to miss! Check out his latest track below.
VENGABOYS
Europe’s number one party act and world-famous dance group Vengaboys are coming! The successful Eurodance group will be performing at the Cirque Du Rave stage on Sunday night and will have the entire crowd dancing and singing along with nostalgia. SUB ZERO PROJECT
Dutch duo Sub Zero Project has exploded into the hardstyle spotlight and is performing The XPRMNT Live at the dedicated hardstyle stage on Saturday. Proving themselves as one of the most innovative and energetic artists in the scene, the pair has grown rapidly, collaborating with some of the biggest names in the scene. LUCAS & STEVE
The next generation of Dutch talent is rising fast and amongst these prodigies is Lucas & Steve. The duo was formed in 2010 and has been tearing up the charts ever since with their unique future house sounds. These two have already entered the top 100 DJ’s list and will be climbing up the ranks fast! Check out their latest track below.
