Europe’s largest one-day hard dance festival is returning to the Netherlands this summer! Known as one of the most beautiful festival locations in the Netherlands, Beekse Bergen will be hosting the 17th annual edition of Decibel Outdoor Festival on the 18th of August. With a capacity of 70,000 and over 200 international artists spread out across six unique ‘districts’, this festival has something for every hard dance lover! Check out the full lineup here.
One thing I love about big festivals is exploring the grounds and experiencing at least one set at each stage so here are the sets I’ll be catching in each district.
THE MAIN STAGE
FUELED BY FANATICS: DA TWEEKAZ LIVE
Norwegian duo and festival favourites Da Tweekaz will be representing the harder styles at the Decibel Powerstation. Known for their high-energy performances, quirky anthems, and unique remixes, Da Tweekaz will be presenting an exclusive live performance. Their most recent live performance at EDC Las Vegas featured special guest and vocalist Haliene who brought the entire crowd to life (pun intended)! Check out their latest track with Haliene below.

THE FOREST
MISS K8
Known for her high-quality productions and energetic performances, Miss K8 will be playing at the Abandoned Church hardcore stage. The goddess of hardcore regularly headlines the largest hardstyle events with her chart-topping hardcore anthems and fast-paced tracks. She’s one of the most recognised names in the scene. THE LAKE
D-BLOCK & S-TE-FAN
Internationally recognised for their energetic, melodic and powerful sounds, Dutch duo D-block & S-te-fan met in a local record store in 2004 and have represented the harder styles ever since! Their energetic performances and catchy sounds have brought them success all over the world, making appearances at many major hard dance events. This year, they also had the honour of creating the official 2018 Intents Festival anthem. Check out the anthem below.

THE ROAD
TRIPLE T FROM ITALY FEAT. TATANKA, TECHNOBOY & TUNEBOY
Technoboy & Tuneboy came together in 2002 and began co-producing under the project alias ‘TNT’. Add another ‘T’ into the mix with the sounds of Tatanka and you’ve got an exclusive Triple T From Italy performance. With the perfect combination of instrumental, melodic sounds and a strong 80’s influence, the trio will be lighting up the garage with hardstyle classics. Check out TNT’s latest track below.
THE BEACH
DR. RUDE
Originating in the old school and early hardcore scene, Dr. Rude is taking on a new journey in the hard dance world with his own unique vision on hardstyle. The Dutch all-rounder has appeared at the biggest hard dance events in the world and is ready to rock the loudest festival on earth! Check out his latest track below.
THE WEEKEND
BRENNAN HEART
Exclusive to weekend warriors, the 6th and final district will be hosting the official opening and closing parties. Mr. I AM HARDSTYLE himself will be representing the harder styles at the Sunday closing party with his signature melodies and catchy vocals. Known for his perseverance and constant efforts, Brennan Heart continues to make hardstyle history with his record-breaking performances and will be the perfect way to end an incredible weekend.
