After a massive month of killer lineups, show announcements, and everything in between, music lovers have been busy bees planning what looks to be the busiest summer yet.
To top it all off, Pretty Lights broke social media today with his massive announcement of bringing his entire posse to America’s top music venue for 2017: The Gorge Amphitheater.
Continuing 2016’s Episodic Festival, the season two premiere with Derek Vincent Smith means he is bringing his world-renown live band (featuring keyboardists Brandon Butler and Borahm Lee, drummer Alvin Ford Jr., turntabalist Chris Karns, and of course, the mastermind Lazer Shark/Greg Ellis). There is also quite an impressive amount of support that will be opening for the live band including Atmosphere, STS9, Tipper (Twilight Set), Lettuce, Cherub, Manic Focus, Chali 2na & Krafty Kuts, Kasbo, Marvel Years and Maddy O’Neal. The amount of talent that will be in one location is otherworldly.
The event will take place on August 4th and 5th and fan pre-sale tickets will be available for purchase April 3rd at noon PT. Signing up to receive access to these tickets is imperative, otherwise tickets will not be available until general admission sales at a later date. There is also an additional link for camping purchases and hotel lodging options if camping is not your forte.
Located in George, Washington, The Gorge features amplified sound due to the setup of the stage. The location is situated about 40 minutes from the nearest airport for those traveling out of town and even includes camping. Fans rave about the beautiful atmosphere and scenic location. Experiencing the show at The Gorge Ampitheatre is a must for any music lover.
