Ever After Music Festival: The Land of Bass

Written by Nick Austin

This June 2nd-4th, Kitchener will host its third installment of Ever After Music Festival. And let’s just say, we know this is going to be the heaviest year to date after seeing its insanely bass-heavy lineup.

Bingemans Park opens its arms to all of us bassheads once again- allowing us 3 days of camping and use of the water park. That’s right, we get a water park! After expanding to 3 days last year, making it the only 3 day camping electronic festival in the Greater Toronto Area, Ever After is additionally expanding to a 3 stage setup this time around; two stages will be for headlining artists, and one for all of the local talent. With all of these crazy announcements, it’s no wonder we’ve only got Ever After on our minds!

With all of this amazing talent coming our way there will certainly be a few “Can’t Miss” sets (to say the least). The long wait for Herobust to slay a stage in the GTA will finally be over, and we have been patiently waiting since he destroyed Montreal. If you haven’t heard of him and you’re a fan of trap, you’ll definitely have to check out a few of his songs. I recommend “Vertebreaker,” “Dirty Work,” and “Party Swervice.”

Another set that has everyone talking is that dirty 12th Planet, Funtcase, and Cookie Monsta B2B2B set on the lineup. if you’ve ever seen 12th Planet, you know the man can absolutely throw down a killer set. Add in that he’s going B2B2B with Funtcase and Cookie Monsta, and you have every single basshead looking forward to this craziness we know they’re going to bring!

These sets are just the beginning of the madness that Ever After Music Festival has in store with its heavy hitting artists. If this gets your inner basshead jumping for joy, you better purchase your tickets soon. This is a festival you don’t want to ever miss.
