It’s that time of the year again! Shadows of Wonderland is coming back to Melbourne’s Festival Hall to celebrate its massive 4th anniversary. Hosted by Hard Kandy, HSU Events and Finders Keepers Entertainment, Melbourne’s biggest hardstyle event annually welcomes some of the biggest and best names in the harder styles down under for a truly magical evening. After attending the 2018 edition, there was no doubt in my mind that I would be back again this year.
This year’s edition boasts the biggest line up to date! Welcoming back a number of familiar faces, as well as some brand new ones, Shadows of Wonderland 2019 is sure to be a night to remember. Get to know the 2019 lineup below.
ZATOX
The first artist on the absolutely stacked lineup is Zatox. After a two-year absence, the heavy hitting Italian DJ returns to the Shadows of Wonderland stage. Known for his versatility and unique collaborations, the artist has been at the forefront of the hardstyle revolution for over a decade. Check out his catchy new track below.
D-BLOCK & S-TE-FAN
Next up is Dutch duo D-Block & S-te-Fan. Known for their eerie themes and ghostly inspired sounds, these guys have rightfully headlined some of the biggest hardstyle events in the world. Check out their latest track, in collaboration with fellow Dutch DJ Wildstylez.
SUB ZERO PROJECT
Rising stars Sub Zero Project are one of the most anticipated acts to hit Australian shores this May. Founded in 2013, the Dutch duo has rapidly risen to the top of the hardstyle scene with their unique raw sounds. After recently releasing their debut album, these guys are sure to release The Contagion on Melbourne. Check out their latest track below.
COONE
Belgian favourite and one third of ‘The Elite’ Coone will return to Melbourne for an epic performance. The DJ and producer lives and breathes hardstyle and his passion is reflected in his unique and distinct music. Check out his latest track below with Da Tweekaz and Hard Driver.
ANGERFIST
The ‘man in the mask’ Angerfist is bringing hardcore music back to Melbourne. Known for his hard and fast beats and energetic performances, the Dutch DJ continuously remains as one of the highest ranked harder styles artists in the world. WARFACE
Also coming in hard is Warface. With a undeniable passion for the harder styles and an burning fire to succeed, the Dutch DJ is bringing his unique raw sounds down under. Check out his latest track below.
DA TWEEKAZ
It wouldn’t be Shadows of Wonderland without the Norwegian party animals. Da Tweekaz are returning to the Melbourne stage for what will likely be the most fun and energetic set you’ll see all year. Playing anything and everything from Disney remixes to songs about Jagermeister, it’s impossible not to have a good time when these guys are on stage. Check out one of their latest tracks below.
SYNTHSOLDIER
The final artist for this year’s edition of Shadows of Wonderland is local favourite Synthsoldier. The Melbourne based DJ and producer has grown to become one of Australia’s most promising hardstyle artists. Check out his latest track below.
