A new festival is hitting the United Kingdom this week. RiZE festival will host its inaugural event in Hylands Park August 17th and 18th. Liam Gallagher and the Stereophonics will headline with support from Bastille, Sean Paul, and others. The festival will host eight areas for music lovers to enjoy. In addition to the four stages, there will be four other locations for fans to dance at. This year there will be the Main Stage, Stage 2, Dance Arena, New Music, The WKD Stage, The Hidden Jungle, the VIP Area, and the Danish Quarter. Some of the areas also feature fun lounges and bars for guests to grab a drink while also experiencing an intimate or late night performance.
Danish Quarter
Among the set times released this week was the schedule for the Danish Quarter. Guests are invited to channel their inner Dane at this corner of the festival. Guest are invited to sip on a cold Carlsberg whilst (see already adapting to British terminology in preparation of my first English festival) utilizing the free WIFI and charging stations. In addition to these amenities, festival goers can also enjoy live acoustic acts and DJ sets in this stylish bar and lounge.
WKD Bar
Another happening place will be the WKD Bar which will host music the latest. While the main stages end before 23:00 each night, this area is set to play music until 1am. Festival Goers can grab a cold WKD cocktail and dance the night away.
