In April 2018, one of Australia’s biggest techno and house events ‘PURE’ will return down under for its third year in a row. Expanding their schedule to Brisbane for the first time, the event will return to Sydney, Melbourne and Perth as well as Auckland, New Zealand for the two-weekend techno tour. Established as one of Australia’s most popular events for dance music enthusiasts, PURE maintains its reputation as a place where the crowd can make special connections with the artists. The third edition of Pure hosted by Carl Cox features an impressive international lineup including the man himself (Oh Yes Oh Yes!) among other popular artists. Check out the lineup below.
Joining the king on stage will be an array of artists from all corners of the globe. Local DJ and Aussie favourite Eric Powell will team up with Carl Cox again for yet another nationwide tour. One of the biggest names in the scene, dance music pioneer Carl Cox will return to Australia for another edition of his legendary PURE festival. From disco to acid house to techno and just about every other genre along the way, Carl Cox has turned his passions into one of the most successful music careers in the world. With over two decades of experience, Barcelona born DJ Paco Osuna will be bringing his lively yet sophisticated sound down under. As one of the most renowned artists in the industry, Paco Osuna ensures that every set he plays is just as important as the last; reinventing his performance each time he steps on stage. As the fastest rising DJ in Eastern Europe, Nastia is known for her extremely unique driving sound of techno. The mixer from Ukraine had an unexpected start to her career after dancing at nightclubs inspired her to take a step forward and start spinning. Since 2005, her career has taken her to major cities all over the world. Check out her latest mix below.
Next up in the lineup is Italian based artist Fabio Neural. After purchasing his first turntable at 17, the DJ and producer began to progress his skills at local nightclubs and parties before channelling his passion into musical production. He has since shared the stage with some of the biggest techno artists in the world and his name has been featured on many festival lineups, residencies, and radio shows. Born in Manchester, the DJ touched down on Australian shores in 1999 and has since headlined many of the biggest local parties and events including one of the best New Years Eve parties in the world. Having appeared at many clubs around the world and regular tours with Carl Cox, Eric Powell remains loyal to his Australian fans and plays regular guest spots all over the country.
