Mad Cool festival is making a name for it’s self by revealing an impressive line up that has everyone wanting to head to Spain this summer. If Tame Impala, Queens of the Stone Age, Odesza, Justice, Portgual. The Man, Black Madonna, Nine Inch Nails, Glass Animals, and Pearl Jam weren’t enough to make you want to book at ticket to Madrid, the festival recently announced two major additions. When they first revealed the massive lineup, the headliner for Friday was covered. A couple weeks ago, the festival announced that Jack White would be filling that spot. Then, in a pleasant surprise, they announced that the Arctic Monkeys will be headlining that day as well.
In it’s third edition, Mad Cool is experiencing a lot of growth. This year it will be moving to a new space that will allow for an increase in capacity. The location, called “Mad Cool Space”, is slightly north of Madrid. This year will also see an expansion in the number of stages, increasing from five to seven. The new venue will also have a new restaurant zone, a gallery, and a design market that will support a variety of creators.
If the new venue and line up are not enough to make you want to attend, surely the 2017 recap will.
The festival will take place July 12th-14th in Madrid, Spain. As to be expected from a lineup this popular, most tickets have already sold out. However, day passes and VIP tickets can still be purchased from their website.
