It’s a sad day for Oregonians and What The Fest lovers from across the country. Today the amazing crew behind this magical festival announced that they will be taking a year off to recharge and prepare for the 2019 festival year. This festival holds a special place in my heart. This was the first festival I covered for Festival Squad, my first West Coast music festival, and my first solo trip to a festival. The Illuminated Forest, unique stages, and stellar lineup makes this fest one of the best that the state of Oregon has to offer. I met some amazing people there that I am still friends with to this day. I am very sad knowing that What The Fest won’t happen in 2018; however, thinking about what this talented crew is planning for 2019 has me beyond excited! We’ll see you all back at Wolf Run Ranch in two years!!
