Returning to Brookside at the Rose Bowl is none other than the premiere Asian-centric music and arts festival, Head in The Clouds Fest 2022. Presented by Goldenvoice and 88rising, the 2022 edition set for August 20 & 21 is bigger than ever—expanding to three stages, plus additional pop up shops, surprise guests, and more.
The Head in the Clouds Fest 2022 Lineup
This year’s lineup is a mix of returning Head in the Clouds alumni and artists making their HITC debut. Returning to this year’s festival are 88rising’s Rich Brian, Bibi, Joji presenting the Yebi Labs DJ Set, Atarashii Gakko!, Warren Hue, EAJ, and more. New to 88rising’s festival is Jay Park, Dabin, Milli, and Teriyaki Boyz.
Returning HITC Fest Food Curator: 626 Night Market
Returning as the food curator for Head in the Clouds Fest 2022 is none other than 626 Night Market, the largest night market in the US. What sets Head in the Clouds apart from most festivals are the featured vendors brought to the festival. Almost all the delicious vendors in past years had lines spanning across the venue, but the wait is always worth it for the quality of food. Check out this year’s featured vendors below.
Returning Pop Ups and New Additions
It’s not Head in the Clouds Fest 2022 without the activations available during the two-day event. New to this year will be Joji’s Pop Up Shop and Magic Man and the Thunder Theatre. Returning to Brookside at the Rose Bowl as well is the iconic fashion brand GUESS, where exclusive collaborative merch will be available from the GUE88 Collection. At the 2021 edition, attendees were able to create designs with the on-site screenprinting area.

Unable to attend this year’s Head in the Clouds? For the second year in a row, Amazon Music Global will be livestreaming the two-day event on multiple platforms—including the Amazon Music channel on Twitch, Prime Video, and the Amazon Music app. The daily livestream schedule has yet to be released but will be easily accessible from your desktop or mobile app on both festival dates.
