Three Cheers for Three Sisters Park!

It is that special time of year again… no, I am not talking about Christmas, it is time to plan and prepare for Summer Camp Music Festival 2020! SCamp released phase 1 of their 2020 lineup and it is looking like the 20 year anniversary is going to be one you don’t want to miss! Of course we get 3 days of moe. and Umphrey’s McGee, but we also get some artists returning to Three Sisters Park that I am thrilled about grooving to throughout Memorial Day weekend. Lets take a dive into this lineup and see who you shouldn’t miss before the next phase is announced…

CloZee

CloZee has been taking over the festival scene the last few years and is only growing more and more popular amongst my peers. Residing in Toulouse, France, CloZee has also been gaining more and more of a following here in the US. She has ben playing major festivals such as Electric Forest, Envision, and Bonnaroo and isn’t showing any signs of slowing down any time soon. Don’t miss your chance to see CloZee at SCamp and hopefully she may have a late night set in the Red Barn…

Houndmouth

An old roommate of mine had mentioned that he saw a band called Houndmouth at In Bloom Music Festival back in 2018. I was fortunate enough to catch a set of theirs later that year when they opened for The Revivalists at Red Rocks (they jammed out so hard for their set that they blew some fuses!). Coming from New Albany, Indiana, Houndmouth brings an abundance of alternative music that makes everyone want to show off their dance moves. Don’t miss you opportunity to jam along with Houndmouth at SCamp this year!

SunSquabi

The trio from Denver, Colorado is returning to Three Sisters Park once again with their Electro Hydro Funk tunes. Kevin Donohue, Josh Fairman, and Chris Anderson are taking over SCamp and are hopefully playing more than one set [just like last year]. SunSquabi has opened up for numerous artists such as OPIUO, The Floozies, and Umphrey’s McGee and has performed at countless festivals such as Camp Bisco, Disc Jam, Arise, Brainquility, and Resonance. We are all hopeful that SunSquabi is going to be the late jams at the Campfire Stage again and look forward to any surprise appearances with a few artists throughout Memorial Day weekend!
