New Orleans has BUKU returning for its 7th year at Mardi Gras World and today they released phase 1 of 3 for their lineup. Take a look at phase 1 below!
With a handful of artists that I love, it is very tempting to head back to BUKU. Here are a few songs from some of these artists that you should check out:
Alison Wonderland
I am happy to see her on this lineup finally! Her album last album Run was filled with great tracks that all told a story about her life. I am awaiting her newest album to be released! Her music speaks to me on a spiritual level, FMUOASL!

Maybe we can get a preview of her new track she plans on releasing this Friday as well!
Fuck it I’m sick of waiting for music to come out so I’m just gonna put out a track this Friday

Bassnectar
Yes, Bassnectar will be back at the Power Plant stage to crush the attendees like he previously did back in 2015 (the first time I saw Bassnectar on my 23rd birthday). With Bassnectar performing so much, his sets are unique at every stop and you never hear repeat sets! Prepare yourself to be taken on a journey for his set at BUKU! Check out Slather with Digital Ethos below that is set to be released on his Reflective EP Part 2 on December 1st!
Jade Cicada
I have yet to see Jade Cicada live and have been seeing his name on numerous lineups and as a supporting artist for tours (Pretty Lights and Sunsquabi). Jade Cicada has a nice mix of some weird bass wubs that could tear down the Float Den this year!
