If you have purchased your ticket for Ultra, you have won the battle. If you want to win the war, it’s time to plan your after-parties, pool parties, and yacht parties. Whether you are #trancefam, #househead, #basshead, or anything in between, there is a show for you. If you haven’t downloaded the Miami Music Week app yet, you are missing out on precious lineup information that will help you in planning one of the greatest weeks of your life.
Not attending Ultra and have some extra change to spend? Want to skip the lines and get into a sold out show? You need a F*%$ You bracelet. The bracelet is approximately $400 and will get you into all the qualifying pool parties and club events that will be hosting amazing talent. Participating clubs are being announced this week on Miami Music Week’s website.
Shiba San and MK
I can’t think of any better way to start my MMW than with some banging house from Shiba San and MK. Don’t know who Shiba San is? You better ask somebody! For those of you who love the finer things in life, he will change the way you look at house music. I’m bringing my most comfortable dancing shoes for this one.

Eric Prydz with Above & Beyond
Eric Prydz with Above & Beyond at the RC Cola Plant on March 23 is what I am most excited for. Prydz most likely won’t be on the Ultra lineup, so this will be your first opportunity to see him in Miami. His Pryda set is being hosted at Space on Friday as well. You have two opportunities to see him, so choose wisely, and definitely attend both if you have the energy! Don’t forget your tissues ravers, they don’t call Above & Beyond “cry trance” for no reason.

Dirty Bird Players
Like it a little more saucy? Not into trance? Dirty Bird Players have you covered. Their BBQ parties are popping up all over the country and they saved a special B2B throw-down for MMW featuring Claude Vonstroke, J.Phlip, Justin Martin, and Shiba San. The only problem I have here is that I can’t clone myself to be in two places at once!

Pete Tong
Looking for a pool party? The National is hosting Pete Tong’s annual party this year. The master himself is playing back to back with Nic Fanciulli. Get there early to see Joris Voorn, and Skream and Lee Foss. I had a little too much fun at this one last year, but it was worth it!
